Customs and Duties:
The full value of your order will be marked on customs documents. You are responsible for paying any VAT and/or duties upon arrival.Shipping Methods:
All domestic orders will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS or DHL Ground. International orders will also be shipped via Canada post, UPS or DHL.Customs Duties:
Orders may be subject to customs duties based on your country’s regulations. It is your responsibility to pay any applicable duties.Shipping Address:
Please ensure the shipping information provided is correct. To change the shipping address, email us immediately. Changes can only be made if the item hasn’t been shipped yet.Order Cancellation for Missing or Incorrect Information:
If shipping details are missing or incorrect and we do not receive a response within 5 days, we will cancel and refund your order.Fraud Prevention:
If flagged for high fraud risk, we will contact you. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders with a high fraud risk.Multiple Orders:
Multiple orders may not be packed together, and no partial shipping refund will be provided whether they ship together or separately.Damaged Items:
We pack orders carefully, and nearly all arrive intact. If you receive a damaged item or your order is not delivered within six months, you have two options:
- Return the item at your expense or provide appropriate documentation for a refund (minus shipping fees).
- If inventory allows, we will ship a replacement. If the replacement arrives damaged or not at all, no further refund or replacement will be provided.
